What do I do?

I am a specialist personal trainer helping people in their recovery journeys. This might be supporting you through your cancer journey; maybe you have been suffering with a chronic condition such as a stroke or Parkinson’s; dealing with MS, or struggling to manage ever-changing menopause symptoms. I will help you use exercise to improve your fitness levels, manage symptoms and regain confidence in your body. We will do this together, using my specialist knowledge and qualifications to deliver bespoke training for your recovery needs and health goals either Online or In-Person via a weekly training programme.  I will support you with your training and motivation, and work on what is most important to you. Your goals are the foundation of our work together. You might be seeking to increase your strength, muscles mass or improve your balance and gait. Through our work together, you should start to see some improvement after 8-12 weeks of consistent work. It’s all about you – Your goals, Your future, Your health.
