I believe in fitness, wellbeing and health.
It is what I have always believed in. My career is, and has always been, focused on helping others to achieve their best, whether this has been through sport, as a Teacher for 14 years, or physical coaching of veterans and cancer patients in the charity sector. helping support people with complex physical and mental challenges.
My own experiences have led me to the point where I have chosen to set up Bia Warrior Fitness and Rehabilitation, where I can help others on their own journeys in fitness and wellness, whether suffering from menopause, cancer or struggling with neurological conditions. I am here to help.
I am dedicated to sport. Whilst studying at university I was also establishing myself in the England Womens Rugby Team and represented the country at both 15s and 7s versions of the game. I know what it’s like to train hard, but also what the body needs in terms of recovery.
I also know what it is like to be a cancer patinet. At 28, I had a tumour removed from my leg, taking my left adductor muscle with it. Rugby was no longer an option, so I moved across to triathlons and have completed full Ironman triathlons as well as taking part in the 2018 70.3 World Championships.
